The Landscape is changing was released in August 22. 1983 by Depeche Mode from album Construction Time Again. This song was written by Alan Wilder. He was inspired by a TV documentary about acid rain which gave him the idea for The landscape is changing.
When I was working on this song, I have immediately realized that the lyrics are different from what we expect from Depeche Mode usually. I feel that this song is a little bit underrated, however I think it has a beautiful melody, great rhythm, and real Depeche Mode mood.
Beside the main piano I used 2 tracks of rhythm bass piano and an additional piano to reach the essence of the song as close as possible.
There are two versions of the midi files. One contains the left and the right hand of the main piano, and the other contains the full song with all the piano tracks.
