Depeche Mode's another great single released in 1985. This song was written by Martin Gore during the Some Great Reward tour. The title of the song supposedly referred to Dave's mental condition. The original version was performed by Dave Gahan, but years later Martin started to perform it in the live shows. What a brilliant idea. The tempo was slown down, and singing only with the piano. They did it exactly the same as with But Not Tonight. Pure magic! My favorite live version is from Live in Milan. In my humble opinion we can see Martin's one of the best performances.
